What should the JOP say?

My MOH's dad is going to be marrying us.  He is becoming a JOP for the day and has never officiated a ceremony.  I'm not sure what he should say because I've never been to a JOP wedding.  Can anyone help with ideas??

    Is he becoming a JOP or just getting ordained to marry you?  My mom's BF got ordained to marry us and she followed (loosely) a script that she got in the package for being ordained.

    Just being ordained.  He is a firefighter and will be in his dress uniform.  He is a super funny guy!  My fiance and I have been together since HS.  I guess I'm nervoud about how it will go.  What is the tieline?  When do we say our vows?  When does someone do a reading?  We are looking for a very NON religeous ceremony that is short, sweet, funny, and to the point. Laughing

    We had a 12 minute ceremony and we were laughing throughout it all, so I know what you mean!  He will have the timeline when he gets ordained, and then you will go through it at the rehearsal.  My officiant actually let me see it before hand, because she wanted to make sure I approved.  We had nothing religious in it at all.
