Personally, I was not happy there, as a bride or a bridesmaid.  There were a lot of problems with the bridesmaids dresses I wore for a friends wedding, they were horribly rude to us and the bride, and the dresses literally fell apart 2 hours before we walked down the aisle.  Thank god the brides aunt sews well- she literally sewed us into the dresses!

My sister got her wedding gown at Bridal Reflections in Masssapequa and she had a mostly good experience, except that they ordered her dress a size too big but it actually worked out for her since she gained weight before the wedding and needed a bigger size!. I looked for bridesmaids dresses at the one in Carle Place, which was okay but I found the same dresses cheaper at the Wedding Plaza in Floral Park. I did get my tiara and veil at the one in Carle Place but they weren't great with communication. I had to call them 4 times to find out when they were ready and then when I finally showed up to pick them up it turns out that I needed an appointment and no one ever told me!

if you are looking to get a customized veil, check out the veil/tiara shop at Tri County in Levittown. When you walk in the main entrance on Hempstead Turnpike, go to the left. It's called Barron's. They do a great job! I got my tiara and custom made veil there!

Got my dress there, and I definitely felt a little rushed and pressured even though I was the only one there.  The bridesmaid shop was a little better, but the mother of the bride shop was AWFUL.

Go to Iman's Bridal in Brookville. I went to Bridal Reflections as my first stop and was not happy with the rushed atmosphere and impersonal service. Iman spent so much time with me and is custom making the dress I always dreamed of, and the prices were comparable or better!

I actually just got my wedding gown a few days ago and it was my first place to try on dresses and I had a great experience. I was not rushed and my consultant was not pushy at all. She made it so easy, she also got us a good deal on the dress since it was out of our budget. I would definetly recommend Bridal Relections in Carle Place.  Lorraine was my consultant.
