I'm looking for a hair and makeup artist in the Madison, WI area. I definitely do not want to make my BMs get their makeup done so I'm looking for somewhere that does not require 'minimums' or at least not a makeup minimum. Any suggestions? I feel like I'm really limited in terms of the salons in the area, I've browsed a few but don't feel impressed by the prices that they are charging. Reviews and experiences will definitely help!
