Maryland Caterer DC Location

I want to get married in DC but use a caterer that is licensed in Maryland. 
Can a caterer licensed in Maryland cater a DC event? My question is not if the venue allows outside vendors.

    Need to ask the venue and/or caterer the policy.   Often businesses on a boarder like that have multiple licenses, but not always.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
