How often do you change sheets?

Every 2-3 weeks.

When I was younger, I did them waaaayyyyy less. I usually shower at night, so I always figured I was getting into bed clean and just sleeping, so who cares! So my grandma told me a TMI- she would wash the sheets after EVERY time she and Gpa had intercourse. Ok first- eww! And second- ain't nobody got time for that!

Now with two people in the bed, I figured I should change them more. Our duvet tends to get washed way more frequently because our cat loves to throw up on it.... -_- If it wasn't for her, I'd rarely wash it.

I recently learned you are supposed to wash your pillows! So I do that now twice a year, which also includes the pillow covers and mattress cover.

Guest sheets only get washed when someone is coming to use them (usually put clean sheets on then wash after).
