So let me start out by saying that we are very happy that so many of our friends and family are wanting to come to our wedding. We are anticipating about 200 people but haven't got the rsvps back yet. Everyone is allowed a plus one and everyone's kids are invited. I got a request from one of the out of town guests asking for recommendations for a babysitter to pick up their kids halfway through the reception and babysit them so the parents could party and go out to the bars after the reception. I do not have any kids myself so I don't have any experience with babysitters. Also most of the people I know in the area are invited to the wedding.
Here's my question: should I feel any kind of responsibility to help this person out? Honestly I would try to help if I had experience or knew any babysitters but I'd hate to help find someone and then something go wrong. Plus I've already got a lot of other things on my plate (planning a wedding and all). What do you all think?
