Bridal Gown Alterations Recommendations!!!

I purchased my dress @ RK Bridal (has anyone bought their dress there and had alterations done there?  How was the result?) But am wondering if anyone has an amazing seamstress then can recommend preferably in Nassau Country or Queens area.  My dress is lace and Ill need it shorted and tapered at the sides so really need a skill seamstress..any help is appreciated...

    I'm using Christine's Alterations in Bethpage. She is reasonably priced and has been around FOREVER. I have my first fitting 1/14. she changed my zipper to a corset, so *fingers crossed* I really hope it came out nice... I can't wait to see it :)
