Bought this from Amazon for $25 USD but didn't end up needing it with my dress. Its totally unused, just tried it on once for 2 minutes. It has an optional metal hoop for a full flare effect, or as I just used it without the hoop and with the crinoline at the bottom for a mermaid effect. You can see the all the detail here:
