Hello there. Looking for recommendations in NOLA CBD, French Quarter or Garden District for purchasing flowers and succulents for DIY boutinieres and a few table arrangements. Coming from out of town, but want to spend an afternoon before our wedding arranging ourselves for our venue. Ideas of best ,affordable places to buy loose flowers?
