Giveaways

Hi All,

So, since some of my wonderful vendors (see my previous post) ran a little over my $1.95 budget, I'm looking to cut costs where I can.  I'm wondering if buying the giveaways rather than having the DJ bring them will save a bit.

However, I can't seem to find a place to buy them myself.  Looking for the blow necklaces, blow up guitar/mic things, cheap sunglasses and maybe one or two other kitchy things people like to use.

Anyone have any thoughts or should I just let the DJ company put it in the package?

Thanks for your thoughts/help.

I don't mean to be rude, but those kitschy things always make me think of a bar mitzvah or a sweet 16, rather than a wedding.  They're cheap and cheesy, IMO.  It's an easy thing to skip.

You made my wedding day complete.

Yes.  I did look at Oriental Trading.  Thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you for your opinion.  It's something I've seen at a lot of weddings and people have fun with them.  We're going to have a lot of kids there and a lot of adults who enjoy having some toys to add to the festive nature of the event.
