hi everyone! Looking for advice on tipping the wedding coordinator (she has been outstanding) and banquet staff. We were told the staff already receives gratuity, and while we love the work our planner did, we were also told by a lot of people that they sent gifts afterwards versus cash. We want to do what’s most common and what they have come to expect!
