Reception site near Fire Island Lighthouse need help?

I'm new to this site.

I know of the Out next to Lighthouse, but it was not appealing to me.

Another venues close to lighthouse?

Even interested in renting a Villa.

Any suggestions. Wedding is for September 8 2013, for about 100 people.
