do NOT buy from JJ'S HOUSE!

this place is a huge ripoff! they charged me more for shipping than the item i bought and when THEY got it WRONG they only sent back the amount for the item, not the shipping- when it was FALSE ADVERTISING AND THE PRODUCT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I BOUGHT! plus, there is nobody to talk to. no phone number. NOTHING. the site says no hassle returns but it's huge hassle and they keep half your money. proceed at your own risk.

Re: do NOT buy from JJ'S HOUSE!

  • Sorry, but that is a Chinese knockoff site. They steal designs from other designers and then manufacturer them for cheaper and make it with child and slave labour. Did you ever wonder why dresses that are hundreds elsewhere are so cheap? You bought a knockoff.  Caveat emptor.

Lots of companies do not include return shipping on returns, that's not stealing half of your money.  Shipping charges are shipping charges.  I have some shoes to return domestically that I get charged for shipping which comes out of my return, it's part of doing business with those companies.  Amazon is also the same way for many returns as well though they give you the option of paying for it yourself or using their label which will be deducted.

I have ordered many times from JJ's and had success.  The primary reason is because I could not find any company that made the style of dresses I wanted in my size at ANY price point and they offered $20 custom measurements so it'd be tailored for my "trouble spots".  I can't find that same option domestically.  Is it ideal, no, but overall I'd say I have had more successes with them than failures over time.
