Hempstead House at Sands Point Preserve

Has anyone had a wedding or been to a wedding at the Hempstead House?  It's absolutely beautiful from the outside and was curious how the inside is.  Also, what was the site fee and who was the caterer and how much was it per person?  Any information would be appreciated!

The site fee is $8,500 for just the inside, and $9,000 for use of the outside as well.  The inside is beautiful, I was just there 2 weeks ago.  You have a choice of what caterer you want to bring in.  You would have to rent everything (tables, chairs, lighting, etc), there are also no ovens.  The Hempstead house was on My Fair Wedding and they used Lessings as the caterer.  Here are some links to pictures...
