caesars palace in suite receptions

Hello, we have booked our wedding for the Venus Gardens at Caesars Palace and are beginning to scout possible reception ideas. We have looked at the Nobu Penthouse Suite but I am unsure if they would allow it to be used as a wedding reception? We are happy to either use our own catering or the hotels and we would be spending the night there.

Apart from the MGM Skyline, has anyone any other reccomendations for hotels that allow suites to be used in this way?

Thanks!

Re: caesars palace in suite receptions

  • If you're okay using the hotel's catering then that is going to open up just about anything as an option; most in-suite receptions are intended to avoid needing to pay the inflated resort catering prices, but if you're okay with that I think you'll find most will be willing to accommodate you.  Keep in mind the prices quoted may not always show what will be the 20% service fee and 8.1+% sales tax.  You'd normally want to approach this type of setup through the group events folks, not the wedding coordinators (where turnover is incredibly high and they'll ultimately screw it up).

The Stardust Suite at the Orleans is a popular one for this use https://www.orleanscasino.com/meet/meeting-facilities/stardust-suite (it does require their catering)

But if that isn't to your liking, I'd definitely reach out to Ceasars group events to investigate the Nobu option with their catering.
