Hi! I signed a contract with this vendor and have seen some bad reviews for last year. We spoke to them about this and their owner died and company went through some changes which they reassured us would be better. But I haven't seen any recent feedback or reviews anywhere and am concerned! Anyone heard anything about this vendor recently??
