What type of cardstock should I buy to print postponement cards on ?

We downloaded a template on Etsy for our postponement cards and we were going to get them printed at Staples, but they just offer matte or glossy. I was hoping to get something pearlescent, ivory, or sublte shimmer. Any suggestions ?  
Also, what size should we print on, is 120lb/325gsm recommended ?

I'm very fond of the Stardream paper brand (what I've got for my own wedding program and envelopes and will have for thank-yous). They have a very pretty set of shimmer colors ("crystal" is white-white, "quartz" is off-white/ivory, "opal" is a darker off-white/ivory, "coral" is an orangy-blush pink, "rose quartz" is more a true pink, "kunzite" is lavender/pale purple, and then there are several bright, bold options if you're looking for "not traditional wedding colors").
