Changing location of wedding HELP

I am having to change the location of my wedding from local to destination due to the uncertainty of my fiance being able to travel back here because of Covid (he's English). We just don't want to plan a wedding that he may or may not be able to make it to. Anyone else have to change the location of their wedding with everything going on, and if so how did you handle it? Trying to decide how to tell everyone. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

    1) Please put XP if you're posting on more than one board.   It helps members know if this is a duplicate post.

    2) I think you and your FI need to come up with the plan.   Once you two decide how the logistical aspects of the wedding will work, then figure out how that will affect the guests. 

    You can sent a notice that just cancels it and says it wont' take place as planned.   You can send that and follow up with invitations or you can send that and marry privately and plan a large celebration when people are able to attend.
