It will determine what is happening, which will be the judge telling him that he has to buy me out of my share, since he will not sell the house. By law, he owes me the increase value, and he refuses to pay me anything.

I'm pretty sure that will be the binding, final decision. He refuses to sell. He will have to refinance the house to buy me out. Or borrow the money from his rich mother. At this point, I don't fucking care, you know? Just give me what you owe me so I can move on already. 

That was my concern, that he would try to drag out the payment, making it all take longer. Are you still at your brother's or did you get your own place?
I like your attitude though, I would feel the same way lol.

I actually came back to our house, since I have to do this intensive IV treatment. It was just easier here than at my brother's. My ex agreed to give me my space, and so far, it's been working. Once I'm done with the IV treatment, I'll be going back to my brother's.
