Does anyone have information on The Bourne Mansion in Oakdale NY?

Have you been a guest at a wedding there or had your own wedding there? How was place, food, service?

I am going to look at it on Sat. but was hoping for feedback from knotties who have been there.

i was a guest there for 2 weddings. one was great one sucked. thesucky one had a buffet and bar in another room and then the reception was in a weird tshaped room. the entrance and coat rack area really turned me off too. it looked downright shabby! temp walls to house the coat area and the carpet was filtht. just not a great first impression of a place.
for the good one it was not buffet (thank god) and was in a very large room off of the main entrance.
on both occasions the food was ok (not super spectacuar, not bad) and the service was ok-there was pretty much no serivce at the buffet one though-the plated dinner service was fine.
warning-for the one by the main entrance it's a long way to the restrooms unless you want to use one of the SINGLE (as in one toilet) on either side of the front door. one for men one for women.
