I’m getting married in May and we are picking the entrees now. My fiancé and I picked salmon, a pork chop (maple glaze, caramelized onions and bacon), and eggplant parm. We are having some pushback from our parents because they think we need a safe chicken dish. Our cocktail hour is pretty packed with all different types of food and lots of it so there will be something for everyone to eat and no one will go hungry. BUT for the entree, should we add chicken instead of the pork chop? We are both foodies but do understand some may not like pork.
