I am trying to find a venue that will let us use an outside caterer in Reno or the north Tahoe area. We know some restaurant owners who will be able to cater and it's very important that we be able to use them because it's Indian food (my fiance is Indian and half the guests are Indian). It's been frustrating just trying to find a large venue that will let us use an outside caterer. We really don't want to get stuck with some boring venue's in-house food that half the guests won't like (or worse, won't be able to eat, as most of the Indian folks are vegetarian/vegan). We will likely have 200-300 guests.
Any ideas? Help!
