Wedding Mass followed by {insert proposed name here} in the parish hall

My wedding is almost entirely family, so the "party" will be a time for the families to meet each other. I would like to have a low key meet and greet time after the wedding without a typical reception in the parish hall. There will be cake, snacks (soft pretzels and other buffet style foods), table games (huge gaming family), and possibly champagne. There will also be the guest book signing, wedding favors and stuff like that. There isn't a dinner, dancing, toasts or band/dj. How do I make it clear that my "party" won't be traditional on the wedding website?

A more casual invitation will set the tone.  It sounds as if your reception time will be a non-meal time.  That will also indicate a less formal reception event.  You can indicate a cake and punch reception follows the Nuptial Mass.  You can call it a luncheon if a few heartier snack foods will be offered at your reception.  If the parents of you and your FI are aware of the details, you can rely on them for passing along more detailed information.

Luncheon would denote something at minimum of sandwiches/deli trays...  But, cake & punch you can have the other snacks without issue...
