Has anyone used them?  They seem responsive AND budget-friendly but I wanted to see if anyone used them/knew anything about them before going any further in the process.

    I did a tasting with them and the food was great! Van is wonderful and VERY responsive. I talked to him for 20 or 30 minutes the first conversation we had about menus. They can truly cook anything that your heart desires and customize the dishes you chose to your liking.

    We decided to go with a different caterer only becuase I wanted more of a small plates appetizers feel, and the other option had the perfect menu.
