Invitations from theknot


Has anyone else ordered invitations from theknot? I ordered mine on 4/10/21 after their website specifically states, "All products are printed to order and ship within 4 business days." Here we are 12 days later and I have not received the invitations. I've emailed 4 times and called twice and I've received one automated response saying, "Thanks for reaching out! We know you are excited to complete your order, and we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. Our typical business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8-5 PST. Due to peak wedding planning season, it is taking our designers a little longer than usual to respond - we apologize for the delay!" 

No one responds to email or messages. I need the invitations to send out so my guests can RSVP and I'm working with a tight timeline as our RSVPs are due in less than a month. We did wait to order/send them just with covid, but that's why I chose theknot was because of their advertised quick production time. They've already charged me the hundreds of dollars on my credit card. I feel like I'm being held hostage as they've already charged me, but I'm beginning to think I should just rush order through another company.

Has anyone else experience this?
