Vegetarian Caterer?

I'm looking for someone to cater my wedding which will be all vegetarian. I don't think there is a caterer in town that does exclusive vegetarian food, but anyone that specializes in veggie/vegan food would be great.

We are using Your Way By Kimberly as our caterer. http://www.yourwaybykimberly.com/ She doesnt specialize in vegetarian catering but she does offer it.  My fiance is vegetarian and we are going to have a vegetarian option available at our reception.  You could give her a call and speak with her about what all she offers.  Her prices are very reasonable.
