So I know people say to not buy a dress online, but what if it’s from a designer not based in the US? I have looked at other dresses, but I just keep coming back to this designer. They will do a virtual appointment and discuss which dresses I like, possible modifications, process, etc. If I move forward, I send measurements and we go from there. I know there is some risk, but I adore this particular designer. Thoughts?
