Deleting Registry from RSVP page

I have not made a registry on the knot as we will strongly encourage cash but I am in Canada and the knot cannot use Canadian Banks for the cash fund (so I will create a cash fund and registry somewhere else). I have hidden my registry on my site which is fine, but when my guests RSVP after they are done it offers to take them to the registry which takes them to the empty registry page. Is there a way to get rid of this that anyone has done?

  • I have no idea about removing a registry from the Knot. However, don't set up a cash registry. It is extremely rude to ask for cash. If you don't have a registry, people will usually give cash. If people ask you about it, you can say you are saving for a house or whatever.

    Yes, don't set up the cash registry. In addition to being rude, do you really want a middleman to take a 3-7% cut of each of your gifts when you could receive the whole amount from your guests directly? Not a smart financial move.
