Vent -- INVITATIONS!

I have been working on my invites for months now! Literally since June.

Not only is the lady super slow, but also isn't too keen on details.  I need to check EVERYTHING! Verbiage, grammer, capitalization.

She is super sweet and really accomodating but it seems that she doesn't pay attention to detail.  Which is ironic because invites are the little details!

I'm sorry you're going through that. Are you almost finished with them now? 

Just remember that we all make mistakes! Try not to stress too much, as you still have plenty of time! I agree that since that is her job, she should be a bit more professional and pay attention to grammar and the like though. I would leave an honest review of her work somewhere so other brides know what to expect and so she might improve her business.

Xxmari, I FEEL your pain!  Our stationer also made multiple typos on the first draft and has been slow to respond after the initial consultation and setup.  We found that we have to actually send them photoshop drawings/sketches of how we want things tweaked and get on the phone to follow up with them rather than waiting for e-mail.  They haven't even sent me a price breakdown yet!

Ugh. Sorry that you ladies have to deal with such unprofessional vendors!  After hearing your horror stories, I am worried about DD getting her invitations selected! She and FI still have not made any decisions about them yet! Ack!

And I would agree that you both need to write reviews about your vendors so other brides will know what to expect!
