Problem seeing photos loaded on our wedding site

Hi - When we load our pics into 'photos' (using Google Chrome and a laptop not a phone) the images (780x1200dpi) can be seen in the draft mode but only show as white boxes in the published mode. How do we resolve this? Thanks
