Finding it quite tough to find a place to accommodate this on a Tuesday evening in Vegas (May 31st) - we also have a number of vegans with us, and are hoping for an open bar option! Anyone any suggestions somewhere near the strip? Stratosphere seems to only want to give us 3 hours.
