I'm a MRS. :D Vendor Reviews

Wedding Coordinator---Jennifer Wood..... she is very nice and helpful through everything.  There were a few things that I wasn't too happy with about the end of the ceremony but we were on a time schedule so everything had to be kinda rushed.  All in all she did an excellent job.  She even kicked out some WEDDING CRASHERS!!!!

Photographer-  David Hunter Photography.  They are out of Livingston,TX but they do work in Houston as well.  They are family friends but I absolutely LOVE their work.  They are different and their pictures are AWESOME!

DJ-  LG Entertainment---- no one really danced at my wedding that much but i half expected that.  Music was good but I didn't think they were that awesome.  Maybe if I had Lewis instead...but oh well.

Cake-  Cake Creations by Bobbie---very tasty especially the grooms cake.  Mine was ok.  She was very reasonable for both mine and the grooms cake they were under 1200 i think.  She is also a very very sweet lady.

Linens-- Distinctive Details--- I loved my linens they were SO pretty! cheap too

Florist-  Flowers to Envy--- Heather is AWESOME.  She worked with my budget and got me exactly what I wanted.

Hair-- Jeanette Lorenz from visible changes in Humble, TX.  She drove to me.  She has been doing my hair ever since i was a freshman in high school.  I always go to her for my up-do's.

Make-up- Your Makeup Expert.  I had Elise and she was so awesome!  She is so caring and sweet.  Each time she did my makeup she made sure that I was happy with it and touched up anything that I felt needed to be done.  I would definitely use her again and again and again!  It was airbrush makeup btw.

Venue-- Crowne Plaza Hotel Downtown Houston--- the ballroom was kinda of small with 27 tables and a dance floor but no one seemed to mind.  Darlene worked with me a lot on the seating. I did assigned seating.  They have mirrors and vases and things for you to use as well.  The food was amazing.  Such BIG portions.  Everyone kept saying how good the food was.

Limo-- Monarch Limousine--I had an old RR pick us up from the chapel to take us to the hotel.  My husband had no idea about it and he was pretty thrilled!!

All in all my day was absolutely amazing and I wish the same for all you soon to be MRS!!  :D

    Thanks for the great review!

Do you remember how much you were charged for linens? I'm having 25 tables. I just want to make sure I'm in the same ballpark budget-wise.

Also, what exactly about LG Entertainment would you have changed?

Linens were less than 700 for sure.  My mom and wedding coordinator went to that appointment so I don't remember the exact cost.  I want to think it was around 560 or so.  I even had a special one for the cake and guest book table.

LG- i think it was just more of the fact that no one would dance at my wedding.  Not the dancing type of crowd i guess.  They were still great to use.  I also did their photo booth.  My guests LOVED that.
