New to Houston from Los Angeles

 Hi fellow brides-to-be !

   I am new to this great city from LA, but i have no idea where anything concerning my upcoming wedding is....There was a last minute change regarding where the venue would be (was supposed to be in LA) but now due to new logistics, it is going to now take place in Houston. Can anyone give me useful tips?

What kind of tips would you like? Do you have a budget/guest #/month in mind yet?  That kind of info can help us reccomend a venue at least.
