Lings pre made bouquets?

Any know how easily I could add and remove flowers to Lings pre made bouquets? Looking at buying used ones from someone but I wanted to add a few extra greenery pieces and take out a couple of the fillers but wasn't sure if I was going to destroy the whole thing if I tried adding/removing.
