I'm looking to sell my wedding contract for
Lake Oaks Meadows in
Temecula, CA. It’s an absolutely gorgeous venue that can cater towards both your ceremony as well as your reception.
The date is currently booked for
Saturday May 20, 2023.
I’ve spoken to the organizer there and they are also willing to negotiate date changes once you have taken over the contract etc.
I've already paid the full amount of the minimum spend on the contract which is $35,693.70 and am willing to take 15% off that amount.
The
contract covers 100 guests and the
only additional cost you will have to cover is additional guests that exceeds the included 100 guest count.
