Helping with my nieces wedding reception at her parent's home in Missouri. We are having a taco bar for dinner.
Question - concerned about how to serve chips and salsa. Reception starts at 6:30 pm and I'm sure guests will be ready
to eat as soon as they arrive. Should we put chips and salsa on the tables? How should we display this? Small bowls for
salsa, spoons, plates, napkins and one large bowl of chips with serving tongs. Should this be on the buffet line instead?
We are also have queso, guacamole, sour cream with the taco bar and the usual trimmings as well as rice and beans.
We also will be serving pink popcorn. Should we have individual bowls? Just not sure how to handle this finger foods properly.
