Wedding Woes

Slow week Humpday

Working the last 2 days of the year.  I would love them off, but really, for what? It’s not busy at all, and I have an early out tomorrow.
I’m dealing with some bank stuff.  Someone deposited money INTO my account.  It was from a loan company I never heard of before.  I don’t know if someone fat fingered their bank acct and it got into mine instead because my bank wont tell me - or if somehow someone has a loan out in my name.  The company, according to bbb, is a legit loan company but shady since all claims say they charge more interest than stated. Anyone have this happen? I don’t want to contact the loan company if the sole purpose is for them to GET my info when I call and the bank reversed it but that’s all they could do.  It’s a brand new bank account too!
Other than that, SSDD.  I have to run out to get a fallen hair extension put back in and I guess grocery shop after that. I can’t use the excuse that I’m not home for 2.5 weeks for the reason why I have nothing - and I mean nothing - in my fridge…

Re: Slow week Humpday

  • @CharmedPam, my H and I are pretty good about eating down our food and throwing out anything that will go bad, before going on vacation.  But then we will sometimes flake for days on getting back to the grocery store upon our return.

That's weird about your bank situation.  Who knows!  I would just let your bank handle it and not get involved any further.

Since it is quiet at work this week, I used yesterday to take stock of everything I have pending.  Substantially better than I thought it would be!  I was worried I was going to have 15 or more steel packages to complete.  But it's only 5.  And 4 of those were only given to me last week.

I also cleaned up a lot of my e-mail.  I've been so busy the past month, I was sometimes leaving e-mails "flagged" even when I finished the task.

It's been such a weight lifted off and less pressure I'm putting on myself.  I don't feel guilty coasting a little bit the rest of the week, lol.

My problem is, I have a ton of frozen food and nurtrisystem stuff so I really don’t need to go.  But I want some fun new foods.
My sister has so much food, you can’t pack anything else in there, same as my brother.  You could stick your head in mine, say your name and get an echo.

    nice slow week for cleanup!
