    Yeah @Casadena.  I wouldn’t want to be in your shoes.  If it were our company, you could probably get away with saying “can I start April 1st?” And we’d be like “yeah, it takes that long for paperwork to be done” lol.  New hires with us are like “it took so long to start!”.  But this place sounds like they want him now!
    But maybe if he’s that high in demand, looking in March and April wont be that bad either? 
    I dunno.  I’m all about the money.
