Can I wear this to a wedding?

I usually would not care, but there is a bitter past with the bride, so I dont her to think I am outshining her. The groom is my husbands best friend, but an incident between the bride and I drove a wedge between the whole friendship. 
Anyways I know this is not everyones style, but I LOVE princess type dresses. Plus in my culture people come dressed super fancy for weddings.

I would not wear that dress to a wedding.  The skirt effect and qty of tulle are too much.

Sorry, but between the tulle and the sparkles, this is too much, and it's going to look like you are trying to call attention to yourself. Don't wear it to the wedding.

I also think unless the wedding is full of sparkles the dress may veer into fairy tale category and it would get the wrong kind of attention.

Absolutely not. 

Actually, the better thing to do here would be to have another engagement that weekend that means you need to skip the wedding and have your husband go without you.
