What do you think of this dress? A layer of sparkle material would be added under the top layer (3rd to last photo).

IMO, Yes, the dress itself as-is is very beautiful!  That said, the dress would benefit from a properly layered possibly hoop backup crinoline to give shape and depth in the skirt as the skirt itself looks like it's weighted down and not giving the pizazz it otherwise would with the right supports in place.

I would have to agree with @MesmrEwe. The dress is pretty, but I think you’re feeling it is incomplete. The design of my dress caught my attention, but what really made me decide if it’s the one is the way I felt after I wear it. I felt confident and happy wearing my dress. I guess you don’t feel that way wearing it, that is why you’re asking the community.
