My wife and I are expecting a baby soon, and have decided to postpone our wedding. In the meantime, I'm looking to sell my wedding contract for The Rockleigh in Rockleigh, NJ. (26 Paris Ave, Rockleigh, NJ 07647) It’s an absolutely stunning venue that can cater towards both your ceremony as well as your reception.
The date is currently booked for Saturday October 12, 2024.
Invite time: 11:00 am
Ceremony time: 11:30 am Outdoor Main Courtyard or 1st Floor Georgian Chapel
Cocktail hour: 12:00 pm The Bristol Room
Dinner: 1:00 pm The Bristol Room
End time: 5:00 pm
I've currently paid the security deposit of the contract which is $5000 and am willing to take 20% off that amount. Two payments still have to be made to the venue, which is the following:
The second payment $11,621.94 on April 12, 2024
The final payment $16,621.94 on September 28, 2024
The contract covers 125 guests and the only additional cost you will have to cover is additional guests that exceeds the included 125 guest count. Additional guests are $139 per/person. ($69.50 for children)
We don’t have any vendors currently, and the wedding is basically a blank slate right now. Enjoy building up the most gorgeous wedding!
