One guest lists, not all - how to download

How do I download one guest list insetad of all and having to filter in excel. When I export to excel, it's messing up the guest list and the count is off

    How can I download just one guest list instead of all of them and then having to filter in Excel? When I export to Excel, it's causing issues with the guest list. and the count is inaccurate.
