Not sure if you saw my response....We are off Boudreaux and Stuebner as well! We are in Willow Trace it is a new neighborhood, have not had a problem with the roads, we were actually in the house the weekend in April when it flooded really badly all over houston, and our neigborhood did not flood at all, we really like the neighborhood, only been there since mid april. Which neighborhood are you guys looking at?

    We are looking at buying an Anglia in Willow Trace! Are you in an anglia or vantage home?

    haha really??? I can't remember the builder of ours, Anglia just took over this neighborhood right after we moved in, our house was a foreclosure from a previous builder that went under, I think it was under Royce? We are on the first street - they are building 1 house on our street and one across the street and I think 2 more behind that, that is so funny that you are looking here!

    We just got very unlucky with the first company that was supposed to do our loan, it was a little stressful yes, after we found the new company all was fine, and they were very easy to work with don't let our experience deter you!Where is your wedding at?

    Our wedding Mass will be at Our Lady of Czestochowa- a tiny church off of I-10 and Blalock. I looked into Annunciation- but they don't have weddings during the Christmas season! The reception will be at Le Jardin, off of 1960 and Ella. Another neighborhood question: did you guys think about the Grand Parkway that will be coming through 2920ish area? I'm not worried about it, but it was a concern of FMIL. just curious!

    oh yeah Annunciation has all kinds of blocked dates! A coworker of mine got married at Le Jardin a month or so ago? Neighborhood answer: We really didn't even think about it, I don't think it will really be an issue with the neighborhood. We had a problem with kids riding dirt bikes in the lots behind us, and the police put a stop to that, we have some that monitor the neighborhood so that has been nice. It is fairly quiet, we only have 1 neighbor on the corner, the 2 houses next to us are for sale

    Did you go to your coworkers wedding? My sister got married there 3 years ago, but things have changed, and of course, im micromanaging my wedding, so I want everything to be ok. I dropped by the other day, and there were linens on the tables, but they hadn't been ironed or steamed! :s anything you noticed that you didn't like? (besides all the fake plants, haha!)

    actually no I did not go, but I have her contact info (she no longer works with our company bc she moved) and am sure she would let me know how it went, or maybe have pics

    we saw a model in a different neighborhood, but also saw some in Willow Trace before they were sold
