Is it Monday or Friday?

I really have no idea. Baby J is sick, H worked yesterday, I’m working today- I think tomorrow is the weekend? Who’s to say?

The only solace of figuring this out is knowing my kids are in school and Chiquita has an event tomorrow and those have been Saturdays. 

I'm getting some stuff done for work and tonight I have a church event which I hope goes well.  

With Chiquita in fencing, she's dropped off at 7 AM for Saturday meets so tonight's early to bed like a work day and then I want to be at her meet for its 9 AM start time.  

I'm leaving up the Christmas decorations until at least the Epiphany but I have to wash my napkins and tablecloths which should be ironed wet.  My goal is to get that done tomorrow night.

It's definitely Friday!  When life is only work and there aren't kids in school/on Christmas break to worry about, it's much more clear, lol.

Though I am looking forward to retirement when I can really lose track of "what day of the week it is".

Oh man, live and learn.  I've desperately needed new bras.  It's been an adventure, but not a good one.  I didn't know what cup size I wore anymore after losing weight.  I guessed a "B" and that was kinda wrong.  I'm in-between, which is annoying and was true before I gained weight so I guess I should have known better.  It's just my boobs looked so much smaller compared to what I've been seeing for the last 20 years, lmao.  A "B" is okay for a full coverage bra, but I need a "C" for the cuter more v-cut ones I prefer.  I already returned two of those.

I usually wear sports ones on a daily basis because they are more comfortable.  But I accidentally bought one with a racer back instead of the more typical.  Not my preference, but not a big deal.  Or so I thought.  I'm wearing it for the first time today.  It's only 10am and is already killing my upper back and shoulders!  Silver lining.  Now I know and will never buy a racer back again, lol.

I'm getting off work right at 11am today.  Stopping at the bank.  Relaxing at home a bit, then my H and I are headed out to donate blood.  I have Walmart/Amazon/Costco returns to make.  Ugh!  But I think I'm going to put that off until next week.  I especially feel the need to relax and decompress this weekend.  I'll try to gather motivation to be productive next week.

I'm going to be so glad to get back on schedule next week.  Harley will be too, she's all messed up and apparently both of us like routine.  Just finished grocery shopping and decided to buy a sling for this arm/pinched nerve.  Hopefully it'll help out.

I'm annoyed at work today, but it'll be fine and I'll get over it.  Need to start some laundry.

For next week's hanging out with friends goals, I reached out to a friend who loves hosting game nights and asked if they wanted to do one.  Voila, all I have to do is attend and bring games....maybe some snacks, but we'll see.  I feel smrt.

The only thing that helps me keep track of the days is my workout schedule - except this week it has been off just a bit. Last week was really bad! I worked with my trainer on Thursday but because it was the first day of the week I trained with her I thought it was Tuesday. On Tuesday my appointment is at 8:45 but on Thursday it is at 9:30. Guess who showed up almost an hour early? Ugh! 

I'm having lunch with a friend today. We try and get together every few months to catch up with life. Her middle son went to HS and college with DD, and her youngest is DS1's age (elementary and middle school together) so we always share "kid updates".

We dropped off a sizable load at Goodwill today on our way home from the Y. Boy did that feel good. Now if I could just get H to purge some clothes! Wish me luck!

It’s Friday!! One of my favorite days of the week.  We only returned to school and work yesterday, but I’m somehow ready for the weekend lol. 

Fairly low key weekend.  I don’t have my usual cleaning to do, bc I cleaned the house every other day as something to do during the break.  We’ll probably watch a movie on the couch tonight.  The kids have a swim meet tomorrow.  Mass and some cooking Sunday.  The usual stuff.

Friday but it doesn’t feel like it! I brought the boxes in to pack up Christmas, but it’s been so busy I don’t know when I’ll get to it.  I also wanted to run errands right after work. 

I saw wicked again last night.  I do love that movie, as long as it is. But not so much Ariana Grande.  It kinda reminds me of “Wednesday” and “legally blonde”. 

@short+sassy, I went a few months ago to get professionally sized again, but after wearing “my size” bra for a few hours I became uncomfortable and just went back to the size I was buying before.  She didn’t get me. Lol.

I'm glad to know someone else isn't a huge Ariana Grande fan! I did love the movie, though.

I'm not a huge fan, but I am in awe of her vocal mimicry.  It's up there with the new lead singer of Journey and I can fall down a rabbit hole listening to them, and others, just make their voices sound like anyone they want to.  Grande even talked about how she studied Chenowith from the OG and purposefully learned to mimic her in specific spots.  Just stunning skill and ability.

I wasn't a huge fan of all the Soma bras I picked up and I think the pushup I got was flat out wrong.  Luckily I'm only really wearing it under sweaters but the Natori I have is much better.  The bummer of having a smaller hard to fit chest.  I just bought Chiquita a new bra because she was using the sports bras frequently but they were creeping into the neckline of dressy clothes.  Kiddo's going to likely pass me in cup size given how she's growing and hasn't started menstruating yet.
