DIY Bridal Shoes

Hi everyone! I'm new around here and wanted to seek advice about something.

Originally when I got engaged, I got super hyped and started Pinterest boards, etc. and slowly came to the realization that I didn't want to do a wedding after all. No venues were booked or anything, so that's good.

I'm a very private and subdued person, and I know I would spend so much of the time unnerved by the attention and in my head with expectations of how I should be behaving, etc. I could sit here and elaborate but it'd be best suited for a therapist LOL.

However, the problem is this realization came after I had already DIY'd a pair of faux pearl bridal sneakers and realized that it's something I really enjoy doing. I moved onto a pair of little western ankle boots (I don't wear heels) afterwards and have decided to finish them anyways.

I guess my questions are this: Have any of you had a similar situation where maybe you made something but your desired look changed or it no longer suited the venue you ended up with? What did you end up doing with the items you didn't use?

I'll include some images of what they look like for context. Do you guys think someone would want these? I've tried listing them on online marketplaces, etc and I'm starting to think that I should give up on them and just put them on FB Marketplace for free or bin them or something. I spent 30+ hours on them so it stings to think that it was a useless project after all.
