Who’s working today and who’s off?
I’m working. Every year when the upcoming holiday calendar gets released, I make sure to look at June. Nope. Never get it off.  We’re being purchased by a company later this year so maybe that’ll change in 2026.
Tonight is trivia with friends. I scheduled it on Juneteeth knowing I needed a pick me up. Some of my friends have it off, so it helps them too.

    TMI but I have what I think is a yeast infection which is not surprising given my stress level and that's gonna throw SOMETHING off.

    DH woke up this morning with what we both hope is a hive near his groin which is a concern but it's RIGHT where he had shingles 13 years ago and that would be an absolutely devastating way to start off summer.  

    We're watching the returns on his blood work and I'm glad that data isn't showing that he likely has an autoimmune disease with the results of his ANA test but it's also so stressful for him and then by proxy the woman who loves him to see him suffering and not know what we can do to help.

    Schools here are closed today in observance of Juneteenth, so the kids and I all had off.

    I'm working today.  I was out sick yesterday, and I'm still not 100% today, so I'm logged in but doing some non-work stuff. 

    The weather is really nice today, but we have a hot and humid wave coming this weekend, with temperatures over 90. It's too hot for me, so I will plan on something indoors. 

    @banana468 - wishing health and healing for both you and your DH.

    @CharmedPam - I'm jealous of your social life!  Enjoy trivia.

    I’m off today, and so was M so we had a busy day and I’m already exhausted. 

    Really hope it’s not shingles @banana468 that’s the worst!

    OK - so the bump is now gone so we think....weird hive??  I just feel so awful for him.  The last few months have been fraught with so much uncertainty and testing that does not lead to diagnosis.  It's so hard on him and I wish he had answers.

    I've got my prescription so hopefully it does the trick.
