My fiancé and I are stuck in a true 50/50 battle between Twin Oaks by Trademark and Terra by Trademark. Both are owned and operated by Trademark, so catering, bar service, coordination, and overall experience are essentially the same. We’re really choosing based on the venue itself, the vibe, and guest experience.

✨ Closer to San Diego (easier for guests)
✨ Simpler logistics overall

Cons
🤔 Doesn’t feel quite as much like us
🤔 More traditional than our original vision
🤔 Not a fan of the tent draping
🤔 Could feel a little tight with our guest count

🤍 Feels much more like our style and vision
🤍 More customizable from a design perspective
🤍 Stunning ceremony site & aisle
🤍 Unique cocktail hour space
🤍 Modern, open, grand feel
🤍 Better for our guest count

Cons
☀️ More exposed to sun/weather
☀️ Less shade
💸 More expensive
🏨 Farther from San Diego, so many guests will likely need hotels
The dilemma: Twin Oaks feels like the practical choice. Terra feels like the heart choice. 🫠
