Hope everyone is having a good (tired) Tuesday!

We're entering a mini heatwave (I know it's summer, but I feel like whining about it lol).  Worked summer school earlier and meeting the kids at the pool in a bit, pretty SSDD otherwise.

Ugh! Heatwave here too. I went out to throw some weed killer on my weeds before the rain comes Thursday and 1/2 of that was in the shade and I still came back in sweating. 75 degree days where are you?!? I want access to a pool @ei34! SSDD here, still tidying up from when my parents were here and truly enjoying my WFH day. I did a walmart pick up order that had some items I threw in a few weeks ago and they were from some viral recipes I saw on fb reels which I, in my head at the time, said I’d remember what those were. But now, at pick up time - I’m like what was this for again? Lol

Poor man’s Panna Cotta

dissolve a 3 oz package of Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, let it cool for 10 minutes, then whisk in 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Chill for 3-4 hours.

Frozen Peanut Butter Bites

Mix 1 cup of yogurt, \(\frac{1}{2}\) cup peanut butter, and \(\frac{1}{3}\) cup honey. Scoop onto parchment paper and freeze until solid, then dip in melted dark chocolate.

Surviving Nana and Papa camp so far. Yesterday we took the boys horse back riding. We need the boys to get a better night's sleep tonight - they are up too early. Tomorrow we are going to the pool.
