Apps - cheeses and fruits, crabcakes, then foot long hot dogs, mini burgers, peanuts, cracker jacks, popcornMain course - build your own salad, all the veggies and dressing were seperate so you could have a house or cesar. Veggie skewers, cooked spinach, roasted potates, beef tenderloin, and pasta made to order - we had 2 different pastas with 2 different sauces and you could add in chicken, shrimp, or both and it was cooked for you. I think that was it....

Wow eboix....did y'all have tums instead of dinner mints? :-)We're having grilled chicken with an herb sauce and sliced baron of beef (whatever that is!) with grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. We're having fresh fruit and veggies before the reception. I wanted to keep it simple.

we're having barbeque. brisket, sausage, ribs, quail or dove if we can swing it, the best mashed potatoes in the world, coleslaw probably... haven't made many major decisions. our caterer is actually a friend of ours who runs the tailgate we go to--he cooks for 75ish people on a weekly basis in the fall. we've requested his usual tailgate menu.
