I confess: -for the most part I hate the people I work with. They are all mega whiny and one has psoriasis that she scratches all the time and then brushes her skin flakes off into the air around her. She also picks scabs out of her scalp and flicks them off her fingers. totally vom. she also frequently fills me in on all her WoW friend gossip and family gossip...i dont know these people. why the f do you think i care? another co worker is about to have a baby that they tried for. he very loudly constantly complains about how they cannot afford the insurance or hospital bills and how he doesnt make enough money and blah blah blah and i just want to say, "you got pregnant on purpose. what did you think would happen?" I also want to remind him how lucky he is that his wife carried a baby to term and that they are both happy. my hatred eats away at me. for 8 hours a day 5 days a week.

I haven't tanned in almost 6 months... I'm so pasty and it's taking some getting use to.  I'm very proud that I've gone this long and I hope I can make not tanning a habit!

Happy: your co-worker needs to stop the scratching.  That is gross! I have a co-worker that picks at her nails constantly and is flicking them on the ground in our office meetings.  Makes me want to vomit.

shelly there are guys in this office that clip their nails here. WHY? WHY? when i first started working here and had to clean out a desk for myself i opened a drawer and it was full of fingernail trimmings. someone saved them. like a years worth. *shudder* think no wrinkles, no skin cancer and all around healthier glow-ier skin...that will keep you out of the beds. spray tan it mamas.

*I have a nail file at my desk for the moments where I chip a nail or break it (its more of a quick fix). *I wish FI was able to dance, the Tejano Festival is this weekend and I've been in a dancing move. I hope his therapy moves along and he gets better reeaaaallly soon.

z nail files are ok. as long as youre not filing over someones face or in their personal space. I wish DH was more willing to practice dance moves. Ive been watching DWTS and I like Joanna and Derek Hough's moves. I wish we could dance like that.

So, if I get a spray tan... when I work out won't it like melt off of me?  lol... that may be a dumb question but seriuosly.  I try to get to the gym 4x a week and I sweat like crazy.

spray tan does not "melt off" it works quite well and just fades after a week or so

Happy I have my own large space and cube =) But I do find it annoying to hear nail clippers being used in the cube behind me... and this person has now been out sick for the past 2 days. :-\

E- have you ever had one?  I guess I just imagine my sweat being brown or orange from the stuff.

Shelly - Just be sure where you go! I've had them done and I sweat like crazy too. Everywhere I sweat...the tan left! :( They do have products you can buy that keep it longer..I highly suggest getting those. I'm extremely fair skinned being a redhead so maybe if you have atleast some color it won't look as odd. On me it was..hello dark and hello ghost. :(  Good luck! But once you find a good product and get the hang of it...it gets easier. I just stick with the kinds in a bottle..

ugh i hate gross people like that! i had to clean out the office when someone left at my internship and it was like a years worth of dirt, dust, and dead skins flakes. GROSS.my confessions...- i'm not a fan of this "fall" weather. i liked it when it was unbearably hot. i've forgotten how to dress for cool weather.- i just called my photographer and i'm pretty sure i woke him up. he sounded too groggy to be in the office.  hahahaha

Yeah I have had them done a few times, my BF had one done for my wedding and it came out awesome. It is better to do the ones where a person actually does it vs. one of those booths. You get a more even color, I can't remember who she went to, but I hear the one you can get at Nordstroms is pretty goodI had one done at Darque Tan and the douche didn't know the booth was having problems and about 2 days later I looked like I had a skin disease it sucked

*everyone at work today (including me) is edgy and nervous because 3 people in our dept just got laid off.  :-(One of them was my only close friend here, I had gotten her the job and since she was the "last one hired" she was one of the first to get let go.  I just feel terrible about it, even though there's nothing I could have done.  shelly - I had a spray tan before (from the booth) and it does fade faster the more you sweat.  I'm sure the ones where you are sprayed by a person last longer, but never tried that way before.

it wont melt of because it temporarily tints the top layers of your skin. just dont get spray tanned and then do something to sweat right after. give it a day.

ive never had a problem with self tanner coming off...i usually let it sit overnight and then wash my body in the morning and it last 5-7 days.

I'm glad my friend bailed on the concert tonight. I really wanted dh to go but didn't want him or her to be the third wheel. Pay the extra to have someone spray it on for you. They can give you a custom color and you won't have an weird lines.

    - This cool weather puts me in a great mood!- Feel like smacking some rude and insolent kids!- I now have 2 pair of wedding shoes.and lastly- Disappointed with one of my BMs and some GFs, who have decided they don't want to take the trip to Austin for my bachelorette party.  Fortunately, I have my other girls.  :)

I confess that I do not and never have like the professor that runs our simulation lab. she doesn't listen, she interrupts, she walks away as I'm answering a question that she asked of me, and she openly criticized me.

I have always wanted to do spray tan because I am pale!!! I am a redhead and have an excuse. I freak out because I don't want to looks like Lindsey Lohan and I just don't think it would look natural on me. I confess I hate people asking me daily, "How do you do it?" "That must be awful you won't see him till the wedding." Can people stop reminding me how much it sucks. When you say those things it makes me want to scream!!!! Like I don't know how hard it is to go months without seeing him and having to see every couple rubbed into my face!! Just stop please!!
